  • CHH 18-month program for women and mothers that have aged out of foster care or have become homeless.

  • 16 beds

  • 18-month program

  • $250 monthly fee includes: case management, room, bedding, therapy, 24-hour staff, variety of groups

  • Dollars saved and provided to participants to utilize towards move out expenses (w/9mth commitment)

Grants - denied:

  • Westerman Foundation $50,000 no budgeted


Property Updates

  • Received a check for $56,000 for roof-awaiting hard bid and negotiations with insurance and roof company

  • The building insurance company chose not to renew our policy due to the two previous claims for the flood at the South location and the roof at Midtown


New Goals • Hiring/Contracting with FT LMHP/LADC and hiring PT LMHP/LADC
