CHH 18-month program for women and mothers that have aged out of foster care or have become homeless. 16 beds 18-month program

$250 monthly fee includes: case management, room, bedding, therapy, 24-hour staff, variety of groups Dollars saved and provided to participants to utilize towards move out expenses (w/9mth commitment)


Program Updates and Needs


  • Currently 15 women and 12 children

  • Continue updates to 2019 AOP

  • Program Evaluation complete...awaiting report by November– Williams Counseling and Consulting

  • No leadership staff changes


Mission News


  • We are 1 from full capacity and have 4 people on the wait list.

  • Chh continues to assist women with re-unification and sobriety. The support and encouragement continue to produce success stories.

  • One participant has re-united with her daughter and her case will close this month

  • Another participant will graduate from Drug Court this month

  • Weitz $50,000 JaKeen Fox, Program Manager came for tour 9/6

  • Mutual Foundation $20,000 came to visit (very good)!

  • Jaffee Awards No New York

  • Olson $35,000 (I heard they helped with flood victims)

  • Semerad $10,000


Property Updates


Received a check for $56,000 for roof and a/c repairs-awaiting meeting date with Children’s

Carole and Alicia/Children’s October 8th...meeting was cancelled, and email should be received instead


New Goals


Hiring an additional fulltime LMHP/LADC per Weitz grant from 2018/2019 submission
